DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR AN EXCHANGE?
Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly urge all our customers to carefully review the product listings and product sizes before placing an order to prevent any order discrepancies.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers may request for order cancellation only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request may also not guarantee an approval as our fulfillment center processes orders as fast as they can. We will verify first with our fulfillment team if the product has been shipped, if not then we will cancel the order.

No Refunds Provided
At Pawsitive Petshop Co we do not provide refunds once an order has been shipped. Please note the following:
No Refunds on Delivered Orders – If the tracking number shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
No Refunds for Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
