Shipping Information

• USA Shipping: 5-7 business days + 1-4 days processing time.
• International Shipping: 7-12 business days + 1-4 days processing time.

All orders ship from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 6 business days.

For US orders, we use the US Postal Service. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays due to customs or other factors may occur. In rare cases, shipping may take up to 35 days. If your order exceeds 25 business days, contact us for assistance (refunds are not provided for shipping delays beyond our control).

Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items first. The remaining items will be sent as soon as they are in stock.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or text with a tracking ID. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking updates.

Address Disclaimer
Ensure your shipping address is correct. If there’s an error, contact us immediately—once shipped, we cannot change the address.

Processing Time
Orders undergo quality checks before shipping, which can take up to 4 business days. High-demand or out-of-stock items may take 5-10 business days to process.
